Hand-held Map

Adds a new shop item that acts just like the monitor map in the ship. It will help avoid dangers, find loot and escape the facility when need be.

##Settings The config files are entirely local. If your group wants a restriction on certain items then you all need to have the same config file.

###Map Size and Light

0.75 (default) and off (default)

1 and on

Checkout the config file for option to change things like price, visibility of map objects and battery life.
