Added Configs

More Blood
- Reduced the szie of the blood pools from 4 -> 2.
- Reduced the amount of extra blood pools that appear around a blood source from 4 -> 2.
Object Volume Controller
- Reduced the default volume level of the boombox, tv, and record player from 100 -> 50.
Needy Cats
- Added a few custom cat names; Moe, Bennet, and Mochi.

- Lowered SFX volume to 50.
- Adjusted Mimic spawns:
  - 0 Mimics: 69%
  - 1 Mimic: 23%
  - 2 Mimics: 7%
  - 3 Mimics: 1%
Skinwalkers
- Only the Masked can play sounds.
SCP Foundation Dungeon
- The SCP dungeon can spawn in Titan, Rend, or Dine.
Coilhead Stare
- Set the coilhead to turn after 3 seconds instead of 8.
Buyable Shotgun Shells
- Increased the price from 20 to 250 credits.

- The They have EVOLVED, The Hunger Games?, and When did we get this installed?!? events will never happen.
- The Nothing Happened Today, ICE SCREAM, and All Moons Heat Reset events will happen 25% less often.
- Quota will increase by 300 instead of 275 per run.

Removed Brutal Company Plus as a dependancy so that it can be disabled when using my modpack without having to disable the whole pack.

Brutal Company Plus
- Slightly reduces the money earned by surviving a day from 150 down to 75 and removes some of the annoying events (This planet is NOT safe, The Hunger Games?, and When did we get this installed?!?).
Solo's Bodycams
- Sets the bodycam to be on the player's body instead of their head so that when players are using cosmetics from More Company it won't block the camera as much.
Hotbar Plus
- Sets the hotbar slot count to 6 and disables using keys 1-6 to select a hotbar slot.
Better Teleporter
- Won't allow any items through the normal teleporter but Keys, Flashlights, Walkie-Talkies, and Radar Boosters can be brought through the Inverse Teleporter at a cost of 50% of their battery.
