- terminal now shows how much the company buy rate changed by each hour
- map monitor will now show the company buy rate when orbiting the company building

- fixed an issue where halving the mineshaft rates would stack across resets, causing some players to potentially generate different interiors than other players due to the desynced chances if they had reset more or restarted their game.
