I saw a mod doing this on here (MineBeepSmokeDetectorChirp by FujiGang), installed it and liked it but there were some issues with it imo. The sound didn't play in sync with the mine beep because the sound file had some emptiness before playing the actual sound. Also there was a lot of noise.
