Install Matty Fixes
Install NicheTweaks and enable:
- Reparent items to furniture on load, under zOther mods
If you use GeneralImprovements, disable:
- Fix items falling through, under Fixes
- Fix items loading same rotation, under Fixes
In DawnLibs, make sure these are set to FALSE:
- Item saving
- Unlockable saving

Just throwing it out there:

If the house feels too safe or cheesy, the teleporter can be disabled on moons.
You can use the smaller variant of the teleporter if you don't like how big the table is.
You can also completely disable the house and prevent it from loading if you so desire.

- Really, any mod that messages with item saving in any way, shape or form outside of what has been said in Item Position Fixes above
  - Any ship loot saving from dying, such as SaveOurLoot, is completely fine
