After running the game once with this mod installed (generates the config file) go into there & change the Effect Multiplier & Pickup Multiplier settings to change how powerful the item effects are(Effect) & how many you get every time you grab a powerup from a chest(Pickup) You can also disable the mod from config
This mod works standalone but if you have gg1kommands base also installed you can use chat commands to change the config: to change Effect Multiplier in game type "/powe " & then the new value (int) to change Pickup Multiplier in game type "/powm " & then the new value (int) to enable/disable the mod in game type "/powModEnable" & the new value (bool)
If you are installing this manually, do the following
plugins folder into <GameDirectory>\Bepinex\plugins.
