The Bonehunter in Giant' Village who teaches: Brawns, Cruelty, Patience, Vital Crash, Warrior's Vein, Scalp Collector, Viscious Cycle, Dispersion. Arms Dancer in Harmattan who teaches: Acrobatics, Brains, Unsealed, The Technique, Moment of Truth, Crescendo, Strafing Run, Splitter. The faction rewards (Infuse Mana, Infuse Blood, Elatt's Intervention, Kirouac's Breakthrough) requires finishing the Peacemaker Quest or A House Divided.

The Arms Dancer can be found in Harmattan in the Antique Plateau.
He offers the following skills:
Acrobatics, Brains, Unsealed, The Technique, Moment of Truth, Crescendo, Splitter, Strafing Run.
To get access to these skilltrainers you have to complete the Peacemaker quest or A House Divided. Before completeing these quests the trainers are invisible.
The cost of the active/passive skill is 600 silver. Due to the quest requirements it also means that you can only get one of them unless you utilize coop.
