Installation
- 1 Download BepInEx
- 2 Download Sideloader
- 3 Unpack the contents of the zip file into the ...OutwardDefinitiveEd\BepInEx\plugins\permittivity-visiblehampered
Information
Applies a blue sparkly VFX when inflicted with hampered. Some pictures are shown below of enemies inflicted with Hampered.
