ShootZombies
ShootZombies keeps PEAK's original blowgun aiming and hit pipeline, then layers an AK-style local presentation, zombie survival rules, and optional fog challenge settings on top.
This build focuses on stability first:
- the blowgun still handles aiming and hit routing
- the host remains authoritative for gameplay-critical settings
- local presentation settings stay local
- zombie spawns are now much less likely to appear in places players are actively watching
What This Mod Changes
Weapon
- Replaces the local blowgun look with an AK-style presentation
- Keeps the original blowgun backend for aiming, hit checks, and impact behavior
- Lets you tune held weapon position, rotation, scale, fire interval, and sound choice
- Shows a lobby hint so players know which key to press to get the weapon
Zombies
- Spawns zombies around active players using configurable count, interval, radius, and lifetime
- Tries to place zombies behind players first, then falls back to positions that are still outside line of sight
- Destroys zombies automatically when they move farther than the configured destroy distance from all players
- Makes newly spawned zombies wake immediately
- Uses hit-based lifetime reduction instead of the original blowgun sleep result
Fog Mode
- Enables an optional fog challenge ruleset
- Forces fog speed to
2
- Forces fog delay to
90s
- Removes fog cold damage while Fog Mode is active
- Disables fog pause while Fog Mode is active
Multiplayer
- The host controls gameplay-critical combat, zombie, and fog settings
- Clients automatically receive the host's synced room values
- Local-only settings such as UI placement, weapon pose, and sound preference stay local

Notes
- The mod is designed around PEAK's original blowgun systems, so aiming and collision behavior stay consistent with the base game
- For multiplayer, the best results come from using the same mod version on both host and clients
- Fog UI placement is local, but gameplay-critical fog rules are controlled by the host
