Hopefully fixed players other than the host dying instantly upon starting the game (this is most likely due to late join changes with peak so hopefully making the fog wait a sec fixes this)

Fixed players instantly dying upon lighting the campfire as a skeleton.

Fixed lava only hitting you once per run.
