Personality Potions Release

Paranoia Potion

Should take the furthest player from the user, and make paranoid comments about them.

Should take the closest other player and praise their intelligence.

Should insult the closest enemy or the potion if no enemy is close

Should throw some error codes about other players or the player themselves

Should crack some jokes or goofy lines.
