Adds a very rare Tier 3 Jester enemy that is inspired by The Jester from Lethal Company, but reworked to fit how REPO plays.
Adds a new Tier 3 very rare enemy to REPO. He is kinda like The Jester from Lethal Company, but one thing had to change because REPO does not play the same way. In Lethal Company you can leave whenever. In REPO you are stuck in the run once things go bad, and the whole flow is indoors and tighter.
So because of that, the Jester will de-spawn 10 seconds after triggering. Just like in LC though, he cannot die. So once he goes off, your best bet is to get somewhere high or hope you are far enough away. His whole goal is to kill everyone on the map, and his speed ramps up hard once he fully goes off.
