AddChanceToDropCrate
This mod gives every item drop a 5% chance to be replaced with a crate instead of the random.
In a normal (non-loop) run, this usually means you’ll get one chance to choose your own item.
This add a little bit of decision-making for the game, with this single crate:
- You can get an item that’s perfect for your survivor but don't have it yet
- Or you're desperate for AoE
- Or go for synergy with items you already have
- Or just get a strong item
Since I'm stupid, the code is a bit messy but I feel like this is kinda cool idea. I’d be happy if someone else enjoys it too and makes a cleaner, better version.
Installation Instructions
Install through the Thunderstore client or r2modman (more detailed instructions here if needed).
