Commando Elite Trooper Skin

Adds a new skin, heavily modified from the original mesh, to one that is reminiscent of Star Wars clone troopers. Also comes with a replacement to his pistols, dual DC-17M blasters used by clone commandos.

Known Issues

-On the character selection menu, the vanilla pistols will have the mesh swap. In-game they will have their vanilla meshes. -Odd lighting present on the character selection menu, due to the shader used. In-game it will look normal.
