This mod rebalances a ton of items, both vanilla and modded! The supported mods are listed below in the optional dependencies, but are not required for this mod to function.

| Stun Grenade | Now deals 200% base damage when procced |
| Armor-Piercing Rounds | Now also grants 5% (+5% per stack) bonus damage against elites |
| Bolstering Lantern | Complete Rework: Increases attack speed by 8% and health regeneration by 0.8 hp/s for each enemy or ally within 20m (+4m per stack), up to a maximum of 4 (+2 per stack) times. |
| Warped Echo (Base rework from Flat Item Buff) | Complete Rework: 50% of any damage you take is delayed for 3s. While delayed damage is being processed, gain 15% (+15% per stack) attack speed and movement speed, and reduce skill cooldowns by 10% (+10% per stack). |
| Bustling Fungus | Reduced activation time from 1s to 0.5s |
| Bison Steak | Increased Max HP bonus from 25 to 30 Now also increases health regeneration by 2 hp/s for 3s (+1s per stack) on kill, up to a maximum of 2 (+1 per stack) times. |
| Chronic Expansion | Increased duration from 7s to 9s Reduced damage bonus from 3.5% (+1% per stack) to 3% (+0.5% per stack) |
| Milk Carton (Too Many Items) | Now also increases Max HP by 20 (+20 per stack) Increased elite retaliation damage from 100% to 200% |
| Loaf Of Bread (Too Many Items) | Now has a 20% chance of not being consumed after it scraps itself |
| Coffee Bag (Starstorm 2) | Coffee Beans can now proc Collector's Compulsion Complete Rework: Killing an enemy randomly spills up to 4 coffee beans that increase attack speed by 7.5% (+7.5% per stack) and movement speed by 7% (+7% per stack) for 5s each. |
| Uranium Horseshoe (Starstorm 2) | Now also increases radiation damage by 5% per stack (requires Meltdown) |
| Bone Visor (Bubbet's Items) | Bone Shards can now proc Collector's Compulsion Complete Rework: 6% (+1.5% per stack) chance on hit to drop a bone shard that grants barrier regeneration for 5s (+1s per stack). Barrier regeneration grants 1% barrier per second, and prevents barrier decay. |
| Chance Doll | Complete Rework: Whenever a Shrine of Chance succeeds, gain a 50% chance to increase the rarity of the item. Whenever a Shrine of Chance fails, gain a 10% (+10% per stack) chance for free White Scrap to drop. |
| Ignition Tank | Reduced ignite damage bonus from 300% to 200% Now also ignites enemies on hit for 50% TOTAL damage, once every 8s (-15% per stack) |

| Substandard Duplicator | Complete Rework: 8% chance on kill for a random temporary item to drop. You get an extra copy of any temporary items you pick up, and your temporary items last an additional 30s (+30s per stack) |
| Wake Of Vultures | Complete Rework: You deal 50% (+50% per stack) more damage to elites above 50% health. Upon killing an elite monster, heal for 20% of your total health and gain a 5% (+5% per stack) chance for the monster's elite aspect to drop. |
| Ben's Raincoat | Complete Rework: After getting inflicted with a debuff, gain 25% barrier and 3s of invulnerability. Repeatable once every 15s (-20% per stack). Barrier decay is halted during the invulnerability time. |
| Haunted Lamp (Starstorm 2) | Increased damage from 200% to 300% |
| Toxicodendron Brine (Seeking The Void) | Now grants an additional 10% cooldown reduction on poison kill per stack |
| Corrosive Core (Vanilla Void) | Now also grants a 6% chance on hit to apply Tar for 2s (+0.5s per stack) |
| Longstanding Solitude | Reduced interactable price increase from 50% to 25% Now also reduces all exp you gain by 25% (+25% per stack) Exp reduction scales with each longstanding solitude in the party |
| Crucifix (Too Many Items) | Reduced burn damage from 25% (-7% per stack) to 20% (-10% per stack) Now also reduces all healing by 50% (+50% per stack) while on fire |
