Bloon's Modpack Text Edits

This is just for an upcoming modpack, would not recommend downloading it on its own.

Now features updated Void Fiend skill descriptions and new lore entries for some of Bubbet's Items.

Skillsmas dependency isn't actually required, it's just there for the mod load order.
