Show all reroll targets in range for interactables. Hide any invalid indicators as it leads to visual clutter; if you see nothing, assume it's not tinkerable.

For pickups there are options to flip the indicator triangle so it doesn't overlap with Recycler one, or to hide it altogether.

Also fixes the jitter for inflicted monsters not working. This one is on the house.
