Fixed lobby icons sometimes not updating if you were flipping pages via a mod like ScrollableLobbyUI!

Also fixed an issue with Goobo not working properly for characters with HUDs (Railgunner, Captain). Bizarre.
Fixed the mobile Engineer turret icons. This has been broken this whole time, does no one use these!?
