Captain Extra Effects
Adds extra effects to Captain's Power Tazer (M2). Power Tazer can cancel fall damage, grant extra jump(s) (configurable), and boost your movement speed by a percentage (configurable) for a duration (configurable). These extra effects can also be enabled or disabled from inside the game via Risk of Options.

This mod also includes Phys09's Captain Beacon Cooldown and Tweaks code, letting Captain's beacons recharge after configurable cooldowns so they can be used more than once per stage. These values can also be changed from inside the game via Risk of Options.
Features
- Power Tazer (M2) cancels fall momentum, helping prevent fall damage so you can safely drop from heights.
- Power Tazer (M2) grants additional jump(s) for a configurable duration.
- Power Tazer (M2) grants movement speed for a configurable duration.
- Power Tazer (M2) can be used while sprinting.
- Captain's Healing, Shocking, Equipment, and Hacking beacons can recharge after configurable cooldowns.
These are the values that can be easily changed from inside the game:
- Secondary Effects Duration: 3s (default)
- Enable Extra Jumps: True (default)
- Extra Jump Count: 1 (default)
- Enable Speed Boost: True (default)
- Speed Boost Percent: 40% (default)
- Enable Agile Tazer Boost: True (default)
- Enable Beacons Cooldown: True (default)
- Healing Beacon Cooldown: 60s (default)
- Shocking Beacon Cooldown: 60s (default)
- Equipment Beacon Cooldown: 90s (default)
- Hacking Beacon Cooldown: 240s (default)
