M1 Changes:

Plasma Bolt Damage 280% => 300%.
- A lot of people complain that it doesn't one shot wisps, so :^)

M2 Changes:

Cast Nano-Spear Maximum Damage 1200% => 1600%.
Cast Nano-Spear Maximum Charge Time 2s => 1.3s.
- A decent buff to balance out the Secondary + Utility choice now and make Spear feel better.

Utility Changes:

Snapfreeze Damage 100% => 120%.
Snapfreeze Wall Count 12 => 14.
- These aren't really necessary, but I didn't wanna nerf Flamewall even further.
Added a new Utility

	Flamewall	Agile. Ignite. Rush forward, summoning pillars of fire in your wake that deal 65% damage per second.	Channel for 2 seconds, increasing movement speed by 30% and summoning 8 fire pillars that last for 7 seconds, each dealing 65% damage per second and igniting, with a proc coefficient of 0.15. Has a cooldown of 12s. Affected by gravity. Unaffected by attack speed. All skills can be cast during it.

Special Changes:

Flamethrower Burn Chance 50% => 100%.
- This basically reverts the SOTV nerf it got due to the burn changes.
Ion Surge reworked - now soars a bit higher than a hopoo feather and dashes directionally.
Ion Surge Cooldown 8s => 5s.
- A big cooldown buff to make great mobility + good damage OR insane damage more of a choice, combined with the alt utility.
