Pretty controversial changes. I personally find it more fun to always benefit from Attack Speed, instead of combos being made impossible at a certain point, which is Mercenary's shtick.
M1 Changes:
- Laser Sword Duration no longer scales with Attack Speed.
- Laser Sword Damage now scales with Attack Speed.

- 1 Syringe adds +15 percentage points, making each slice deal 145% instead of 130%.
M2 Changes:
- Whirlwind Duration no longer scales with Attack Speed.
- Whirlwind Damage now scales with Attack Speed.

- 1 Syringe adds +15 percentage points, making two slices deal 415% instead of 400%.
- Rising Thunder Damage 550% => 600%.
- Rising Thunder Base Duration 0.4s => 0.25s.
- Rising Thunder Up Vector 3000 => 2000.
