Some users are reporting issues with LanguageAPI on a fresh install of 2R4R. I recommend using this profile code which magically avoids such errors despite having the same mod list (I'm serious, I don't know why this works, just use it)

Assume nothing about Risk of Rain 2 is the same.
Recommended to not use any other mods for the full experience.
Alloyed Collective forced my hand.
A global rebalance mod aiming to completely change the gameplay loop in Risk of Rain 2. You must make tough decisions and take risks to succeed.
For the full experience, it's suggested to run this mod without other content mods.
WARNING: 2R4R is not for the faint of heart. At high difficulty levels, expect to be rushed through stages at blistering speeds, or punished heavily. If you're a fan of vanilla's tedious pacing, this mod is not for you.

Swan Song includes 40+ items and item reworks, new artifacts and interactables, and new skills for certain survivors.

You also might want to keep an eye on the sky...
Meteor storms begin after 10/7/3.5 minutes on each stage, depending on difficulty. However, meteors will not strike inside the teleporter charge zone, so get ready to leave a stage at a moment's notice.
Q: Why is 2R4R the biggest balance mod when it doesn't change as much as WRB? A:
2R4R also adds swathes of new content with SwanSong.
This new content is integral to the balance of the mod,
it wouldn't be the same without item bloat and new playstyles.
Also, despite (arguably) changing less than some other balance mods,
I believe 2R4R goes for a more radical approach to balance.
Our changes may be small in places, but they're very calculated
to achieve a specific result that is wildly different from vanilla.
Not everything needs to be changed, only the right things.
Q: Is 2R4R a modpack? Why does it have so many dependencies? A:
Most of 2R4R's dependencies (except some fixes or QOL mods) are part of 2R4R.
2R4R has many dependency mods that were born as a piece of 2R4R,
but later split into a standalone mod so they could be used by a wider audience of people.
Yes, this includes SwanSong (which will be a separate mod eventually).
Yes, this also includes More Stats (which will be part of R2API eventually...)
To answer the question: No, 2R4R is not a modpack.
Maybe one day we will make a 2R4R modpack with content mods that go well with it,
but today is not the day.
