- Migrated Shock rework from 2R4R to RainrotSUL (Disabled by default, unless a mod calls for it)

- Shelter behavior is now hidden unless other mods call upon it
- (Moved in from 2R4R) Adds shelter behavior to Halcyonite Shrine bubble
- Certain shelters now create a shrinking "mock shelter," which will allow protection from minor storm hazards before leaving the stage
- Added better support to read a shelter's radius from ShelterProviderBehavior
- inverted zones are now treated as hazard zones, which are ignored for shelter checks but are processed on an individual basis by the void fog controller
- shelters, fog, and storm interactions should be fixed now
- inverted zones can no longer count as shelters (void camps should deal fog damage again)
- removed booster log spam
- added spark boosters
- new ice nova assets (from AE)
- fixed a NRE with dotward
- removed (accidental) morestats deoebdebct internally
- Updated to version 1.0.2 to match internal version number (oops)
- Added a new projectile type that reduces its damage on pierce
- Consumed ChillRework, un-reworked Chill and now uses Frost
- Added support for converting any Zone into a Shelter (from Void Fog or Storms)
