Repurposed Crater Boss

Replaces Gold Chest on Repurposed Crater with a boss, Alloy Hunter by default, can be changed to AWU. Players need to destroy 6 (configurable) cameras out of 12 (configurable) in 44 potential spawn locations. Killing the boss rewards spawn a red item for every player in the lobby, items spawn in the center of the map. Boss spawns with bonus scaling, just like similar bosses of this kind.
