Turns the Thunderslam audio back to how it was before the Devotion update. Fixes:

• Loud audio
• Lack of distance scalling
• Not using the sfx volume setting.

Made because the Underslam mod only reduced the audio of it, and would also affect unrelated Loader sounds.
