Allows Perfected elites to spawn outside of the Moon and fixes Gilded elites not spawning during Honor.Overview
Does what it says, fixes Gilded elites never naturally spawning during Honor. The default configs reflect what their stats would be compared to Tier 1 elites during Honor.
Also allows Perfected elites to spawn outside of the Moon. These are not Tier 2 it's the same elite tier as the one used on Commencement.
