Overview

A buff for the Warbanner item to hopefully make it seen as more than just scrap. Additionally Warbanners are placed during certain holdout events to broaden its usage.

By default Warbanners now grant:

+30% Attack Speed
+30% Movement Speed
+10% Crit Chance
+2 Damage (scales with level)
+3 Health Regen (sales with level)

Warbanners are also placed during:

Void Cells (Void Fields)
Moon Pillars (Commencement)
Mithrix Phases 1-3 (Commencement)
Deep Void Signals (Void Locus)
Focus (Simulacrum)

All of these changes can be edited in the config to your liking.
