Buffed the damage a bit i think

The attack now sends little monsters flying because its funny as fuck
Nerfed base damage and meditate scaling, i think, i dont remember what i did yesterday ngl
Attack only homes after 3 stacks of meditate for no reason at all

Now the animation issue is canon because i think it looks kinda neat
The projectile is now wobbly, also for no reason at all
The projectile gets faster over its duration
