Features:

All dropped items now home-in to the player, making it easy to collect stone/ores, enemy drops, logs, fruits, and everything else!
Player no longer stops to shake trees or pick items up off of the beach.
Player no longer stops to pick up berries, runes, tomes, and other items.
Player no longer stops to fill watering can at a water source.
