UPDATE: FINALLY FOUND WHAT WAS BREAKING THE RETRY VOICELINES, YAY!! I also adjusted music volume since some tracks were too quiet. I believe everything after this update should just be me tweaking volume levels. Who knows, I might even remake the peak mixes someday.
