Fixing up tonys ultraskins to work without UMM, this project is forked from that

so whats different and what should i know

we have removed the shop options for allowing multiple folders, this is a feature I hope to bring back later using PluginConfigurator in a future update
The plugin configurator page is empty right now, the options arnt hooked to anything
removed umm as the manager is outdated, everything should still work
custom colors using the in game color customizer might be a bit funky lookin
jackhammer emissive is untested, feel free to try and add one, i have no idea if it will work, i will include it later
