Adjust the base damage and health of enemies based on the biome in which they are spawned, e.g. 200% health and 200% for monsters spawned in the Mistlands.
This can be a very useful mod to balance out the difficulty level when using mods such as 'EpicLoot', so that you can still keep it vanilla style in earlier biomes, but significantly increase the difficulty level in later biomes when the stats from enhanced items become too powerful.
Fully compatible with 'CreatureLevelAndLootControl' mod.
