Mod Adjustments
This mod pack is designed to be modular-you can download only the mods you want to play with and skip the rest. However, to experience all the changes, additional mods are required. Below is a breakdown of the current adjustments and mod requirements.
If you downloaded my mod prior to 10/20/24 remove any item or recipe entries for Mythral after downloading the update. I have fixed the prefab names to Mithril.
Vanilla Adjustments

Feathercape:
- Restored its cold reduction feature.
- Removed the fire weakness added in the Ashlands Update.

Mithral Armory:
- New ore, armor and weapons inspired by The Lord of the Rings.
- Features:
- Unique textures.
- Very light armor with a unique status effects.
- Smelted in the Blast Furnace.
- Some pieces are crafted at the Black Forge, others at the Magic Crystal Table.
- Progression and stats are inline with projected upcoming Deep North content with a crafting progression system designed to allow early access to some items, but full Ashlands progression is required to finish the full set.
- Prefabs: Mithril, MithrilOre, MithrilHelm, MithrilChest, MithrilLegs, MithrilCape, MithrilMace, MithrilBow, MithrilSword
- Important: Until a custom ore deposit is created, you will need a mod like Drop That to configure loot drops for the ore. If anyone can assist with custom ore deposits, join the Discord to help!
- Recommended as a material for the OP armor sets found in Southsil Armor.
Mod-Specific Adjustments
- Adjusted crafting requirements to make the table buildable in the Meadows, with progressive extensions.
- Recommendation: Use VNEI to quickly look up stations and recipes.
- Removed broken shields from the crafting recipes to reduce inventory clutter.
- Shields now crafted using the Magic Crystal Table.
- New Additions:
- Blood Magic versions of the Epic Valheim Additions FroMetal and DeepAbyss Bows, based on the Valheim Armory Blood Bows.
- Flametal Ore:
- Added the Epic Valheim Additions version of Flametal Ore to the Blast Furnace.
- This change resolves issues with mods like Judes Equipment and Bows Before Hoes, which both require Ancient Metal instead of Flametal.
- Items crafted using the Magic Crystal Table.
