German Translation

German translation for Smoothbrain's mod Jewelcrafting based on the version from Pscht since his version currently doesn't work and I don't know of any way to contact him. Fixed the semantic error that prevented proper loading by adding in the missing spaces. Also added localisation for additionall items that were missing.
