Oops! forgot to update the build in the last version. Fixes hello and how being censored swears

Deleted 13375p34k parsing bug (in vanilla Webfishing) that left the player's message mutated whenever using the chat filter
- This meant that if your messaged contained "!" "1" "4" "0" "$" "()" "|" the char(s) would be left warped into a letter!
Fixed issue in filter_text that caused extremely high % of false positives (e.g., hell -> hello)
Various/general wordlist refinements

Fixed swear_filter bug which was causing (in vanilla unmodded Webfishing too) the entire message, including player name, to be censored
