Unofficial Webfishing Patch

A community contributed collection of fixes and minor QOL improvements for Webfishing

This project aims to fix all remaining game issues and incomplete/unreleased content.

Features

Reasonable limit for amount of props (chair, rock, etc.) placed 1 (or 2) -> 12
Users blocked on Steam are now also blocked in-game
Servers with a player cap larger than 12 are now displayed in the lobby list
