Play as Skullkid

Skullkid no longer wears majoras mask, and instead uses it as a shield.
Many masks have been altered to better fit his model as it differs heavily from Link's
The first person viewmodels have been improved
Certain animations, (Ocarina playing/bremen march) have been modified to reduce clipping

Sometime in the future I plan to patch in support for YAZMT's player model manager, give or take a year and I may get around to that.
