Fixes several problems with mask items and masked enemies.

Replaces the action ambience with the Halloween version from v67. Configurable

Adds an additional suit similar to the brown suits in the game's announcement teaser.

Fixes the stamina meter display on the HUD, so it more accurately represents your current stamina percentage.

Allows indoor enemies to spawn in groups larger than 1, like outdoor and daytime enemies can.

Lets you keep some scrap on the ship after dying in singleplayer, for a more casual solo-friendly experience.
