KillPlayerServerRpc hook signature mismatch on Lethal Company v81. v81
added a trailing setOverrideDropItems: bool parameter to
PlayerControllerB.KillPlayerServerRpc and KillPlayer; the On. hooks no longer
matched (InvalidOperationException: Parameter #0 of hook ... doesn't match), so
Revive failed to load and masked enemies never spawned on death. The hooks now accept
and forward the new parameter.LethalCompany.GameLibs.Steam 81.0.5 (was 67.0.0); bundled
MMHOOK_Assembly-CSharp regenerated with MonoMod HookGen against game v81. GUID
qwbarch.MirageRevive unchanged — configs stay compatible.
