Enables Debug mode without needing the DEBUG.txt in the Outward Definitive Edition_Data folder. Also allows to enable/disable debug options like:

• Debug Mode
• Photon Stats
• Hierarchy Viewer

Additionally allows other debug tools like right-clicking on the map to teleport.

Ignores any existing debug file in favour of this mod.
