Adds more lights to the impact hammer

Makes various changes to the impact hammer dial, the main change being adding a light to 2/3 of the dial. The README has more information on the changes.

Changes the color mapping of the impact hammer to allow you to customize its silver color

Adds lights to the sawblade launcher

Changes the chainsaw from Sawed-On to be black or silver (both options included) instead of the variant color. Does not affect the chainsaw projectile, only the chainsaw attached to the shotgun
