Crafting requires:

• Carapace armor set as the base to forge the Horus armor at The Shaper.
• Himminafl atgeir, Spinesnap bow, Mistwalker sword, Porcupine mace, Blackmetal knife and Carapace buckler as the base to forge the Horus weapons at The Shaper.

Also, don't forget to visit Haldor — you'll need to buy a Runic Capsule from him to craft any gear from the "Arsenal of Distant Origins" series.
