Crafting requires:

• Ask armor set as the base to forge the Nightbound armor at The Shaper.
• Ash Fang bow, Skoll and Hati, Black metal knife, Fenrir fists and Nidhögg sword as the base to forge the Nightbound weapons at The Shaper.

Also, don't forget to visit Haldor — you'll need to buy a Runic Capsule from him to craft any gear from the "Arsenal of Distant Origins" series.
