You can configure this mod from <Schedule One Directory>/UserData/MelonPreferences.cfg (Requires game restart)
Default Config:

# Maximum additional growth rate a player can get

You can set your own translation of this mod from <Schedule One Directory>/UserData/PropertyUpgrades_Translation.cfg
